1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Nexus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the Nexus platform for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with your subscription plan. This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Nexus platform without prior written consent.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon 30 days' notice.
5. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons with reasonable notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Nexus be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California.
